Governing Body of the Society – SIHM Tripura
The Governing Body is the apex governing authority of the State Institute of Hotel Management (SIHM), Tripura. It is responsible for guiding the overall vision, policy framework, administrative direction, and institutional development of SIHM Tripura.
Comprising senior officials from the Government of Tripura, Government of India, and key allied departments, the Governing Body ensures that the institute functions in alignment with national standards and the broader goals of the hospitality and tourism sector.

Role of the Governing Body
The Governing Body plays a crucial role in:

• Strengthening coordination between state, central, and industry bodies
